I am a young man who is currently in 10 years of recovery who wants to give back to people who really needs help by opening a speacial place.but every site i go to wants some type of payment for their help.there are alot of people who dont even have money to start with.these sites want more & more.can there be a site that helps a good cause.can't there be a goverment loan that helps a guy like me.
